Vodafone Building
58 ADELAIDE ROAD, WELLINGTON
Design & Build project.
We undertook a design-build project for Vodafone to create their Wellington Technology Centre.
The building needed to be a category 1 'essential services' building which meant, amongst other requirements, it needed to be able to withstand a major earthquake or similar disaster.
A suitable site was found, the existing building demolished and the project successfully completed.
The building was then on sold to a syndication of private investors in 2004.
