43 Unit terraced townhouse Development
We acquired the site of a commercial building located in the popular city fringed suburb of Mt Victoria in 1997, being within walking distance of the CBD and on a sunny west facing site we felt it was ideal for residential development.
We set about designing a scheme for 43 modern townhouses and on expiry of the buildings lease we demolished it and commenced building.
The success of this project was evidenced by the quick sale of all 43 units.
