We recognised a huge opportunity in the inner-city apartment market for a development of smaller sized apartments that would appeal to young professionals and our research indicated this was an area of the market which was not being catered for.
We identified the site and then went about designing a complex with a funky style and a unique village concept which would appeal to both owner occupiers and investors.
The speedy sale of all the apartments, off the plans, indicated our research was correct.
