Terry joined Land Equity in 1998 and his depth of experience in the property development sector is invaluable to Land Equity.
Prior to joining Land Equity, Terry held senior management roles with some of New Zealand's largest property development companies such as Chase, Mac Dow and Mainzeal. He has also spent time as a self employed property developer and consultant.
Terry has been involved in commercial and residential projects totaling over NZ$500m - with major milestones including his role in the development of 'Mobil on the Park' on Lambton Quay and the development of the Porirua MegaCentre.
Terry is based in the Land Equity Hawkes Bay office.
