Land Equity retained this corner section of land after the refurbishment and sale of the Kmart Shopping Centre and developed a further concept for the construction of a Cafe and five Retail Stores.
The development was fully leased and sold in mid 2007.
The current tenants are Dick Smith Electrical, Godfreys, Lighting Direct, Vodafone First Mobile, Payless Plastics and the Sandbar Cafe.
