In 2004 we purchased this 2.7 hectare site on Pandora Road containing a 20,000m2 building.
Whilst the buildings remains tenanted, we are investigating a number of development options including a large format retail centre.
The property recently sold, with Land Equity continuing in a joint venture to develop the land.
