Proximity to the local shops, main road and train station made this former New Zealand Rail site ideal for a residential development. We had identified demand, in the 60-plus age group, for new, low-maintenance, single-level homes on flat, easy-care sections. The project was then completed and every home sold to owner-occupiers.
