As the shape of Wellington changes, the Porirua Basin and Mana areas are becoming strategic locations and through our purchase of this land we are well-positioned to benefit from the versatile 8,900 sqm of land on Highway 1 to and from the capital.
We leased the land to BP Oil who have constructed a new Service Station and retained the park areas on either side.
