We recognised an opportunity to convert this vacant commercial building into a hotel, it occupied a prime CBD corner location and had suitably configured floors.
We secured the building, put together a development proposal and marketed the concept to international hotel operators.
The project was successfully sold to the IBIS and Novotel Hotel Group who carried out the development.
The IBIS Hotel is now a popular and successful overnight destination for travellers to the Capital.
