The opportunity for Childers Terrace Villas resulted from our ownership of the Kilbirnie Plaza retail centre and our vision to develop the airspace above the large car park area at the rear.
The architecturally designed 22 unit development, with expansive views, was completed in 2005 above the car park.
The project was 100% sold shortly after completion.
