After purchasing the the BNZ property on Bay Road we reconfigured the site, carried out a refurbishment on behalf of the tenants and built the Plaza, 5 new retail and office tenancies.

The two properties are now occupied by BNZ, WINZ, a Travel Agency, a Pharmacy, Number Works and Modern Teaching Aids.
