Apartment & Car parking Development

Buying the building next door is always a good solution to a car parking shortage.

The 182 on Wakefield Apartments did not have much on offer in the way of car parks so when Aulsebrooks became available we jumped at the chance.

We later refurbished the two top floors which now accommodates nine Apartments which we sold on and are now leased to young professionals.

We retained ownership of approximately 20 car parks in the lower levels of the building.
