Although based in Wellington, Land Equity has two satellite offices, one in the Hawkes Bay and one Brisbane. The group have interests in a number of different property investment and development companies in both New Zealand and Australia and place a large emphasis on being flexible and adaptable in order to meet the changing needs of these markets.
